After twelve years in their family home, artists Christine and Peter transformed their Knightsbridge Georgian house into a series of smart, new imaginative spaces. The traditional bow fronted façade of their home conceals several dramatic visual surprises – not least of which is the predominance of smoky pink. Christine says she pictured the final details long before the renovation began. As the layout of the house was being re-designed by their architect Conrad Watkins, she was deciding where to position hand painted butterflies around the walls of the drawing room.
